Common questions

How does my daily range work?

You check in each morning. Your calorie range for the day recalculates from your sleep, stress, and how you feel. It is a range, not a single number, because real days vary.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Billing is handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose SimpleTrack AI, and tap Cancel. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile, then Account, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
